The International Ecotourism Society

Portland, Oregon – September 2010
The 2010 Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism Conference (ESTC) was organized by The International Ecotourism Society (TIES), co-hosted by Travel Portland and Travel Oregon, and is “North America’s largest and only conference focusing on sustainability in the tourism industry.” It was held in Portland, Oregon after being consistently rated “the most sustainable city” in the country.

DomeGuys installed a 30′ dome frame to house the discussion forum in the middle of all the action, amidst people seeking to network and promote best practices in sustainability to benefit businesses and communities, while drinking local coffee and sitting on furniture supplied by local artists.

Lycra was also fastened to the frame and creative lighting was used to create a cutting-edge ambiance.
