Washington / California / Pennsylvania – June 2011
The Mother Earth News Fair took place June 4-5, 2011, at the Puyallup Fairgrounds outside of Seattle. The Mother Earth News Fair website described it as a “sustainable lifestyle event” with “dozens of practical, hands-on demonstrations and workshops.” There was information on “renewable energy, small-scale agriculture, gardening, green building, green transportation and natural health.” DomeGuys International partnered with Mother Earth News and brought a stunning 36′ dome with high resolution printing of the Earth to serve as the “welcome center” for the fair. All speaker, exhibitor and press registration took place in our dome. No stranger to events, this Earth Dome has made appearances at the Go Green Expo in 2009, The Oregon Green Expo in 2010, and the Sensorium event in Washington D.C. last month! If you weren’t able to make it to the Fair in Washington, don’t fret! There will be a Mother Earth News Fair in Marin County, California and Seven Springs, Pennsylvania in September.
