Salesforce – Hartmann Studios

San Francisco, California – December 2011
Salesforce.com is an “enterprise cloud computing company…[that] helps employees collaborate easily and connect with customers like never before” (salesforce.com/company/). One major facet to this expanding business is to keep their employees happy, such as throwing a gigantic Holiday Party in their honor. Hartmann Studios designed the event and part of the ambiance was to install two 20′ geodesic dome frames, fully illuminated. They were set to the side of the main dining/seating area as separate lounges. It’s amazing how a mere geodesic frame can create the feeling of being enclosed in a secure environment with the ability to observe all that is outside of the hemisphere and the lighting adding to the aesthetic beauty once the lights are turned down.
