How big are your glamp domes?

Glamp domekits come in a number of different sizes starting at 13′ diameter depending on your need and can also be custom designed to be any size.

What features do your glamping domekits come with?

The standard glamp domekit comes with a structural grade steel frame with white powder coat, all connection hardware, standard anchor plates, full white heavy-duty fire resistant dome cover, some cover color options available for free, 2-row clear vinyl bayview window, 2 passive roof vents, standard zip in/out hex-shaped door with center “T-Zip” entry, cam strap base connections with concealment flap, outer edge rain run-off flap.

What features can be added to my dome?

The additional features that can be added to the glamp domekit include heavy-duty frame upgrades, bayview curtain privacy curtain with curtain rod, larger bayview windows, additional hex-shaped “T-Zip” doors, prehung door conversion kits, insulation liners, side roll-up vents, extra passive roof vents, stove pipe jack sleeves, fireplace heat shields, additional window options – round or angular, and solar exhaust fans.

Will the dome meet my wind or snow load requirements?

Domeguys offers site specific engineering reports if required which will determine the size of steel required to meet the requirement.

Is there a warranty?

Domeguys offers a 90-day warranty on manufacturing craftsmanship.  If something isn’t working properly when you get the dome set up, let us know and we will repair or replace the faulty item.  The PVC dome material (excluding the clear vinyl) has a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty, but we typically see clients get 10 plus years constant usage out of the PVC materials.  Factors that can limit lifespan are constant direct sun and extreme temperatures or weather.

How long will it take to get my dome?

If we have the domekit in stock it can ship in 1-2 business days.  Custom manufacturing takes about 3-4 weeks until delivery and is dependent on scope of dome design and work load at time of booking.  Receiving dome also depends on the amount of time for ground shipping which is 1-6 days in the US.  We do offer international and expedited shipping options.
